¶ How to Submit Feedback for PocketCloud?

  1. On the APP side, click User > Feedback;

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to fill in the relevant information (such as issue description, suggestions, etc.), then submit once completed.

Warm Tip: When submitting feedback, it is recommended to check the box for "Log Reporting" — the logs only contain debugging data needed for issue localization, and do NOT involve your file content or personal privacy information. This helps the technical team troubleshoot and resolve issues more quickly.
